This feature does not work.  I've tried three different browsers.  Each one succeeds in opening excel but no data is being pulled.  I'd like to pull my list of the 810s that went out each day to perform a simple vlookup to compare to my accounting system but this appears to be impossible.  If I could highlight and copy the data from the browser to excel would even be acceptable but that's impossible too.  It really seems like SPS favors form over function.  Everyone in my office has issues with all the java updates and the site still not popping up webforms.  It may be pretty, but it's functionally pretty bad.

I'm so sorry to hear that this is not working for you.  I'm not sure what exactly is going on there.  It sounds like you have done all the usual troubleshooting steps to resolve this.  You may be experiencing a unique issue that is creating some sort of disconnect in the system.

To be able to diagnose that an analyst may need to get on a desktop share to see what you are seeing.  The best practice for this is to call into the Support Team and have them take a look with this.

Thank you,
