Please see this urgent message we are receiving from SPS.  We have an old credit card on file that is being used against our account and need to update it.  We've contacted Charles Wheeler through phone calls and emails but he has not responded.  Can someone help us with this issue?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I logged into your account to see what the current status of this issue is, and I'm not seeing this warning present in your main account at this time.

Usually Charles is very good about getting back to customers and resolving the issue as soon as possible.  Was this issue resolved?  I was looking in the username: janaxyre.  Was there a different one I should be looking at?

Once a banner of that nature goes up, Charles does have to be part of the resolution to have it removed.  If you have not heard back from him by the end of the day, I would recommend calling the Support Team and they can open and ticket and send Charles a request to respond back to you.

I'm sure we can resolve the issue very quickly.
