According to Spencer PO# 715464 was not acknowledged when received

Dear Shirley,

Thank you for posting in the SPS Commerce Support Center!  In order to better address your issue I need just a little bit more info.  When Spencer Gifts says that no acknowledgement was sent, are they saying that they are missing a 997 (Functional Acknowledgement), or a 855 (PO Acknowledgement).

If it's a 997 they say they are missing that is normal. Due to the way Spencer Gifts data processes in our system they do not receive 997s.

On the other hand, if it's an 855 they are missing, that is not a document that they are set up for, nor is it mandatory, so that would not be a problem either.
