I sent The Harmon Stores shipment 24 by accident and need to delete it. It is a duplicate shipment. We are shipping The Harmon Stores shipment 25, 26 and 27.

Can you please tell me how we can delete that shipment from our system?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Unfortunately, once a document is sent we can not retrieve it.  The best practice in this situation is to reach out to the trading partner and let them know it was sent in error and to disregard it.

From there, as you already have the correct ASNs created, you can send them the correct ones and move forward with the shipment.
