access to pull invoices is not available

Good morning. I am trying to resolve an issue of not being able to pull invoices from your broker portal for Advantage Sales and Marketing. I have had access to pull invoices for Publix in the past, but recently have not been able to do so. I can acces the purchase orders via webforms on the portal, but when I try to open related documents for viewing the invoice attached, it says access is denied. I think I may need to have my log in re-set or updated. I believe your program had a change back in November 2014, and I have had issue pulling invoices since that time. Thank you for any help!

Thank you for posting to our Support Center!  Just to help me diagnose the issue, I have a few clarifying questions.

1) When you mention "pull," are you trying to create an Invoice, found an already created Invoice, or download?
2) Do you have a particular Purchase Order and Invoice number that you can provide me?
