Reset a PO Change

  i would like to the know accept to PO delete, i use the old po(before the change the po)
because qty is "0"

Hey Francisco,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center! I will be able to reset the PO Changes that you accepted, but will first need the username you log into your WebForms account with. Once, I have that information, I can reset the PO so that you can reject the changes and work with the old quantities.

Hey Francisco,

Thank you for providing that information. I have reset the PO changes, you will notice they are now bold in your account. Now you will want to Reject the changes, by selecting the piece of paper with a Red X through it in the upper right corner of the document. Once you reject the change, you will be able to work off the original PO and invoice accordingly.

Hey Francisco,

I have rejected those changes on my side. Please notice they now have the status of a red question mark on the far left of the PO change. You will now be able to invoice off the original order.
