Documents used to download into an excel file, now it is defaulting to an XML Editor file which is not working.  The document also does not download properly when I change it to use Microsoft Office 2010.

Thank you for posting to the Support Center.

To change the program the file download is done in:
- When you are asked if you want to open or save the file, you should be able to also change the program you are working with.  From the drop down menu you should have Excel as an option.  You may have to choose Excel a few times before the computer remembers that that is what you want the files to download in.
- Another option is to change the program to Excel and then click the box that says: Do this automatically for files like this form now on.  That will also save your preferences for the download.

If you are having further issues with the download, you may be experiencing a unique issue on your computer.  If these troubleshooting steps do not work, I would suggest calling in to our Customer Support line at: 1-888-739-3232 and an analyst can take a look at your specific parameters.

Thank you!
