A Customer of ours has cancelled a PO, am I supposed to do something afterwards?

A Customer of ours has cancelled a PO, am I supposed to do something afterwards? Like cancel the RPA? Or can I just archive it?

Good afternoon!

So if they canceled it and did not send a purchase order change then yes you can just go ahead and close the workflow and archive that order which can both be done by pulling up the order and selecting those icons in the top right of the document. There will be no need to cancel the RPA or anything of that nature since your trading partner canceled the order they will handle that on their end.

If they sent a purchase order change to you that canceled the order then you will just want to accept that change and that will cancel it on Fulfillment.
