"Next Steps" crossed off?

I received a new PO today, and the "Next Steps" are greyed out and crossed off? (All other POs received today, the "Next Steps" are available.) What do I need to do to correct this ?

Good afternoon Denise! I got logged into your WebForms account and I do not see document options crossed off under Next Steps. This typically means your browser didn't properly update your inbox after you opened the new POs.

There is a very simple fix: simply delete your browser's temporary internet files. If you are unfamiliar with this process, I encourage you to review this brief training video:
