940's showing as "part accepted" in NAV

Hi there,

Occasionally, the functional acknowledgement status of our 940's shows as "part accepted" instead of "Accepted" or "Rejected" Does anyone have any insight to why this occurs? 

This seems to happen randomly and without any precursors. 

We are running Microsoft Nav 2013 R2

Hello Ben,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

While SPS does not have any insight into the NAV system as it is not one of our products, I can see in my system that these were marked accepted by your trading partner. That acceptance is the status we pass along. I would recommend reaching out to NAV support to see if they can offer a reason that NAV displays a different status code.
