Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have looked into this and when I attempted to pull the xml, it was not available to me through my methods. It is possible that because the data is over six months old, we will not be able to access it, however, the analyst working on the case will be able to determine that.

I have added case notes to it to assist them with the process and it will be resolved by it's due date of 5/31.
