Company name Posh International, Partner Nordstrom Direct, I try to Void UPS Shipment for ID 4706 in Sent Folder. However I get an error stating:
XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: https://wfds.hosted-commerce.net/wfds/UpsVoidShipment?docId=551761881&referer=nextSteps
Line Number 1, Column 1:
So now I'm not sure if the label was voided or not, or
how else can I change an address once the label was created.

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

I have looked into this and discovered that once a request for a shipment is sent, you can not retract or void it.

Much like a WebForms document: once it is sent, it is sent.  So, to void a UPS shipment you will need to reach out to UPS and request the cancellation.  They have received the communication and will start to process it.

So, it is safe to assume that the label is not voided because the computer is confused about the command. It will not be voided until you reach out to UPS.

Thank you, please let us know if you have further questions,
