"System Problem" when trying to view packing slips

I'm trying to complete some drop ship orders for Beall's, and every time I save the ASN and click on "view packing slip" I am not given the packing slip, instead I get a blank page with a thumbs down picture and "system problem" on the top left corner of the page.  I just updated firefox and java, restarted the browser and tried again, but I keep getting the same error.  This has been happening since last night.  I need to get these out today if possible, help!

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I looked into this and I see that these are all for Beall's Department Stores.  This connection is sit being owned by your dedicated implementation analyst.

It's possible that they were working on something and it impacted the packing slips.

The best practice is to either call you implementation analyst directly, or contact the Support Team and they can transfer you to the implementation team.

As this project seems to be newer and does not have an analyst assigned to it yet, I would advise calling into the Team and they can get you to an implementation analyst to resolve the issue.
