"System Problem"

I am trying to fulfill my orders in SPS but everytime i click on a Po number to fulfill it takes me to the regular page but i keep getting a note saying "System Problem" with a thumbs down instead of the regular customer info and the " Shipment"  "Invoice" buttons on the right side. I cant even print my orders because of this. Is there anything to fix it? Thanks
